Adding tasks in Truedoit is quick and simple. You can create tasks for yourself or link them to clients for better organization.

Follow the steps below:


Step 1: Go to Dashboard

  • Log in to your Truedoit account.

  • On the Dashboard (Home Screen), you’ll see today’s tasks.

  • Look for the ➕ Quick Add button in the bottom-right corner.

Step 2: Open Add Task Popup

  • Click the ➕ button.

  • A small popup will appear with task details fields.

Step 3: Fill Task Details

Fill in the required and optional fields:

  • Task Title (required) – e.g., “Submit client logo draft.”

  • Description (optional) – add notes/details.

  • Client – select from dropdown or add a new client.

  • Due Date – pick from calendar.

  • Priority – Low / Medium / High.

  • Repeat (optional) – set if the task repeats daily, weekly, or monthly.

Step 4: Save Task
  • Click Add Task.

  • Your task will now appear in the Dashboard under Today or Upcoming, depending on the due date.

🎉 Task Completed

That’s it! You’ve added your first task.

  • Tasks linked to clients will also show under that Client’s view.

  • Overdue tasks will be highlighted in red to help you prioritize.
