Adding tasks in Truedoit is quick and simple. You can create tasks for yourself or link them to clients for better organization.
Follow the steps below:
✅ Step 1: Go to Dashboard
Log in to your Truedoit account.
On the Dashboard (Home Screen), you’ll see today’s tasks.
Look for the ➕ Quick Add button in the bottom-right corner.

✅ Step 2: Open Add Task Popup
Click the ➕ button.
A small popup will appear with task details fields.

✅ Step 3: Fill Task Details
Fill in the required and optional fields:
Task Title (required) – e.g., “Submit client logo draft.”
Description (optional) – add notes/details.
Client – select from dropdown or add a new client.
Due Date – pick from calendar.
Priority – Low / Medium / High.
Repeat (optional) – set if the task repeats daily, weekly, or monthly.
Click Add Task.
Your task will now appear in the Dashboard under Today or Upcoming, depending on the due date.
That’s it! You’ve added your first task.
Tasks linked to clients will also show under that Client’s view.
Overdue tasks will be highlighted in red to help you prioritize.
